INDEPENDENT INFORMATION · READ-ONLY AI

Shipment helper.

Understand tracking events, carrier handoffs, delays and customs questions, with source-led CiggiesWorld context.

AI can be wrong. This is not CiggiesWorld customer service, a carrier or legal advice. No live web browsing, guaranteed delivery dates, retailer order access or actions on your parcels. Confirm current import rules with your destination authority.

Connect the private helper

Use your tracking access token, never the 17TRACK API key. The helper subdomain is separate from the main library: connect here separately. No new credentials are saved by the helper. A same-origin local preview can reuse access already remembered by Parcel Tracking.

Disconnecting this helper clears its conversation and connection, not Parcel Tracking's remembered access or background alerts.

Optional parcel context

Default: general questions only. To discuss a saved parcel, select it, review the exact context and approve sharing before each question. Context can contain locations or personal details in carrier text; do not approve sensitive content.

No parcel context will be sent.

Tracking-number, label and credential fields are excluded. This does not guarantee that free-text events contain no personal information. If the saved context changes, approval must be renewed.

Ask the shipment helper

Your question and recent conversation are processed by Cloudflare AI. Never enter credentials, payment details, full addresses or personal identifiers. Chat stays only in this open page; reloading, disconnecting, clearing chat or changing parcel context removes it. No application conversation logging is enabled.

At most 10 AI attempts per UTC day for this tracker, at least 10 seconds apart. Failed inference attempts also count. This limit is not an account-wide billing cap. Online AI must be separately activated by the owner after free-tier verification.
